- Product Returns We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have.
- All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee. (There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective opened/unopened items). However, we do not accept returns for opened and non-defective headphones or earphones, no exceptions.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please e-mail us within 15 days for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee). All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with all original components included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
- Prior to returning any item, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective.
- Dead-On-Arrival Products For orders that are Dead-On-Arrival (D.O.A.), Quality Audio will arrange for a same item replacement. once it is sent back by the customer.
- Please make sure you inspect the package and complete shipment for any damages before you accept or sign for the shipment, Quality audio will not be held responsible for any damages incured during shipping. Only if it was requested to have special insurance on the shipment we can ask the carrier to pay for the damage merchandise.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping when it ships back to us. And We will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non refundable. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.
- Product Replacements If you are not satisfied, or your product doesn't function normally within the 15 day limit, you may return it for a replacement of the same. (exchanges made with non-defective items will incur the same 15% restocking fee as with all other returns). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and if it gets damaged in transit the customer is responsible to resolve it with the carrier, and inspect the package before they accept or sign for the shipment. We do not ship out the replacement until we receive the original order back. You may however, place another order for the item which will ship immediately, and Quality Audio Inc. will credit your card for the item once we receive the returned item less the shipping amount where applicable.
- Required Return Procedures: Before returning any item for any reason, you must e-mail or call Quality Audio Inc. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be written on the outside of the box. Items received without an RMA number printed clearly on the outside of the box will be refused. You can e-mail us for an RMA number and return address instructions at email@example.com Please include your name, and the order number in your message. Any item returned can either be sent via US Mail or UPS Ground Insured, but you MUST provide Quality Audio Inc. with a tracking number via e-mail when returning your product. Without a valid tracking number your return cannot be accepted for legal reasons.
- Place the manufacturer`s box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer`s package. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- All items being returned must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), etc. Items must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. If some of the packaging is missing, or you do not ship it back within 10 days, the package will be sent back and your 30 day guarantee will be forfeited.
Please include the following information when returning an item:
- Your RMA number (printed on outside of box) 2. A copy of your original invoice (inside of box) 3. A note stating if you would like a return for credit or replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for shipping any return product to the Quality Audio return warehouse. In the event you are exchanging a defective product for a new product, Quality Audio will provide & pay the outbound shipping costs for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Any items that are returned for Store credit or Refund and were part of any free or reduced shipping promotion will be assessed the actual shipping cost. Please Note: Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to Quality Audio as refused or undeliverable (excluding freight carrier damaged goods) due to the actual shipping costs incurred by Quality Audio. You will not be refunded the to & from actual shipping charges plus up to a 20% restocking fee.
